I do believe in spooks!

OK, a poll for my blog peeps.

How many of you believe in ghosts?

If you do believe in them, have you ever seen one?

I used to believe in ghosts until Mr. Rizzuto talked me out of it. I also kinda think that if there were ghosts I would have seen one by now.

I do love a good scary ghost story though, always have.

Mr. Rizzuto just reminded me…he says when he dies I should go to a medium (like that John Edwards guy). I have to ask what Mr. Rizzuto is doing, and if John Edwards says “he’s giving me the finger” then it’s for real.

I’m seeing a ghost right nowz! BTW: How did Casper become a ghost?!

I used to watch A Haunting. Some freaky shiz right there. I believe they exist but I wish it weren’t so!

I’ve never seen a ghost… well, I’m not sure what it was I saw but it freaked the shit out of me. So chalk me up in the yes column, I do believe in something like ghosts or spirits that haven’t crossed over.

Wanda, that is hilarious. I cracked up for about 10 minutes and choked on my breakfast burrito.

Middle Man, thanks for stopping by. I read your post. Interesting. I think that people who are sensitive to this stuff are sought out by those spirits because they know they’ll be able to be seen.

Anners, there is some dispute as to how Casper became a ghost and it’s never been clarified. Some at the early cartoons showed him hanging out next to a gravestone. Later cartoons went with the premise that his parents were ghosts, so therefore… he was one too. Then there was a movie where he died as a little boy and came back as Casper. Go figure.

Jules, I seem to be one of those magnets. Interestingly enough, I lost this, well, energy to attract other energy when I was all medicated for my RA. Now that is over and I’m doing a lot of yoga… so my energy is very strong again. I can actually see only benevolent spirits, but bad ones manifest in a different way to me. I can see what they’re doing rather than what they are, if that makes any sense.

It’s very weird. Maybe I’ll write a post about it.

Wow, that’s a wild story, Wanda. This kind of stuff happens to me constantly. I can blame some things on the cats (one has little caches of stuff around the house that he swipes), but having my pots and pans stacked on the stove isn’t something they can do. No thumbs.

Whoo hoo! You believe! I’m working on a post about the daily stuff that happens in my house. It’s one of the reasons I am looking to move.
